My friend and partner Kindergarten teacher, Kitty, took the cake decorating class at MCC with me. This cake was the one I made to celebrate her engagement and upcoming wedding at our school shower. It was three separate layers with twisted ribbon piping on the edges, lace decorated sides and their monogram on the largest cake. The smaller two cakes were topped with flowers.
