My cousin Tricia loves chocolate so for her birthday I created a chocolate chip cookie cake. This cake was a chocolate chip cookie sandwiched between two layers of chocolate cake. The entire thing was then covered in chocolate icing and dusted on the sides with cookie crumbs then topped with chocolate chip cookies.
