Fall Cupcakes

These are some Fall cupcakes I made for a teacher staff development time at a local elementary school. Half the cupcakes were spice cake with cream cheese icing and half were white cake with butter cream icing.

Chocolate Shavings and Rose Petals

This fun little beauty was created for a bridal shower. It was my first experience with making carrot cake (which was deemed a success) and was iced with cream cheese icing before being decorated with rose petals, ribbon and chocolate shavings.

Horse Cake

This cake was created by cutting a 9x13 to create the horse head shape and adding icing and candy for the decor.
